This NovoConnect web application (Application) provided to you by Saarathi Healthcare Private Limited (“Saarathi”) and Novo Nordisk India Private Limited (“Novo Nordisk”) subject to the following terms and condition of use. By accepting these terms and conditions on the Application, you are agreeing to what is outlined in this document. Please read carefully.
Conditions of use
This Application is intended for use solely by people with diabetes (PwD) who reside in India who have been prescribed Rybelsus by their Healthcare Professional (HCP) and have been recommended by their Healthcare Professional (HCP) for the sampling program for Rybelsus. The Patients registered for the sampling program are solely recommended at the HCPs own discretion.
You must be 18 years of age or older to accept these terms and conditions and use the Application.
Copyright and Licenses
All content and software used within the Application are owned by Novo Nordisk, Saarathi or a third party. All content and software is protected by copyright.
Information purposes
The Application provides selected information on diabetes as a disease and its management. Such Information is not intended should it be used as medical advice. Such information is not a substitute for the advice of a healthcare professional. If you have, or suspect having, any health problems, you should consult your HCP.

The information on this Application is provided ‘as is’ and Saarathi and Novo Nordisk makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Saarathi and Novo Nordisk makes no representations or warranties of any kind as to the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, availability, functionality and compliance with applicable laws. By using this Application you accept the risk that the information may be incomplete or inaccurate or may not meet your needs or requirements.

We will keep your personal data for the period of time relevant to meet the purpose of processing which is 6 years after the date of expiry of the sampling program. This is subject to a longer retention period be required to comply with Applicable law. Your personal data will be deleted it thereafter.
GENERAL RIGHTS
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data transferability. Insofar as processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this from us with effect for the future.
